Shoes "Best" cassette tape

$9.00

An amazing, twenty-two track compilation of the very best tracks from the Zion, Illinois Power-Pop legends. Since it’s almost impossible to track down their first few records on cassette, this is a worthy substitute. Released on their own Black Vinyl Records label in 1987, it features tight, catchy, just slightly weird Pop songs like “Too Late,” “Karen,” “Tomorrow Night” and a whole bunch more. There was really never another band like this one. They fit somewhere between REM and The Knack but more DIY than the former and just as infectious as the latter.
