Van Morrison "Wavelength" cassette tape

$11.00

After a three year break(down), followed by a middling step back (“A Period of Transition”), Van returned with the most contemporary record of his career. “Wavelength” was maligned for its Pop ambitions — the pastel airbrushes on it’s cover and the danceable synth program of its title cut. But, in truth, this is just a great Van Morrison record, cleaned up a bit in case radio was interested (they weren’t). “Kingdom Hall,” “Natalia” and “Hungry For Your Love” are all reflections of where Van came from and where he was headed. Still searching. Still mystical. Just slightly airbrushed. Tape in very good vintage condition.
